İlgide kayıtlı açıklamamız ile Bankamızca Türkiye dışında yerleşik gerçek ve tüzel kişilere ABD Doları cinsinden yapılacak bir tahvil ihracına ilişkin yatırımcılardan talep toplama sürecinin tamamlandığı duyurulmuştu.

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından söz konusu tahvillere ilişkin tertip ihraç belgesi onaylanmış olup, onaylı ihraç belgesine ekte yer verilmiştir.

With the related public disclosure, it was announced that the bookbuilding process with respect to the issuance of U.S. dollar-denominated Eurobond to natural and legal persons who are domiciled outside of Turkey has been completed.

The tranche issuance certificate as regards to the issuance of the Notes which has been approved by the Capital Markets Board is herewith attached.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
