Bankamız Yönetim Kurulu'nun borçlanma aracı ihracına ilişkin 29.09.2015 tarihli kararı kapsamında gerçekleştirilecek olan 150 milyon Türk Lirası nominal değerli 144 gün vadeli banka bonosu, 450 milyon Türk Lirası nominal değerli 277 gün vadeli banka bonosu ile 100 milyon Türk Lirası nominal değerli 396 gün vadeli iskontolu tahvil halka arzına ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından onaylanan "Sermaye Piyasası Aracı Notu" ekte yer almaktadır.

İlgili talep toplama işlemi 9-10-11 Mayıs 2016 tarihlerinde gerçekleştirilecektir.

Within the framework of the Resolution of the Board of Directors of İşbank dated 29.09.2015 on the issuance of borrowing instruments, the Capital Market Instrument Note related to the public offering of İşbank's bills with a nominal value of TL 150 million and with a term of 144 days, bills with a nominal value of TL 450 million and with a term of 277 days and discount bonds with a nominal value of TL 100 million and with a term of 396 days which was certified by the Capital Markets Board is attached hereto.

The book building will be realized on 9-10-11 May 2016.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1.
