In addition, within the scope of the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standard and Sustainability Audit Regulation published by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority; the appointment of Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. to carry out all activities required within the scope of mandatory limited assurance for our Company`s 2024 and 2025 TSRS reports was approved by the Ordinary General Assembly dated 25.04.2025.
