At the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting dated 30 April 2025, it has been approved to have Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik AŞ (E&Y) to audit the financial statements of our Company for the year 2025 and the sustainability audit of the reports to be prepared in accordance with the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards published by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority for the years 2024 and 2025.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall prevail
