(a member firm of Ernst & Young Global Limited)` bağımsız denetçi olarak seçilmiştir. Ankara Ticaret Sicili Müdürlüğü tarafından 29.04.2025 tarihinde tescil edilmiş olup, 30.04.2025 tarihli ve 11322 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesi`nde ilan edilmiştir. | At the 2024 Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our Company held on 28.03.2025, taking into account the recommendation of the Audit Committee, Güney Independent Audit and Certified Public Accountants` Association Inc. (a member firm of Ernst & Young Global Limited) was selected as the independent auditor for the audit of our Company`s 2025 activity year accounts and transactions within the framework of the Capital Markets legislation, the Turkish Commercial Code and relevant legislation. It was registered by the Ankara Trade Registry Directorate on 29.04.2025 and announced in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 30.04.2025 and numbered 11322.
