Bağımsız Denetim Kuruluşunun Belirlenmesi

Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu`nun 29.05.2025 (bugün) tarihli toplantısında; 

Kamu Gözetimi Kurumu tarafından yayımlanan Türkiye Sürdürülebilirlik Raporlama Standartları`na uygun olarak hazırlanacak açıklamaların zorunlu sürdürülebilirlik güvence denetimi faaliyetlerini yürütmek üzere, Yeditepe Bağımsız Denetim ve YMM A.Ş.`nin KGK tarafından yayımlanan Türkiye Sürdürülebilirlik Raporlama Standartları`na uygun olarak 2024 yılı hesap dönemi için hazırlanacak raporların zorunlu sürdürülebilirlik güvence denetimini yapmak üzere seçilmesi ve bu hususun Şirketimizin 2024 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı`nda pay sahiplerimizin onayına sunulmasına, karar verilmiştir.

At the meeting of our Company`s Board of Directors held on 29 May 2025 (today), it was resolved to appoint Yeditepe Bağımsız Denetim ve YMM A.Ş. to conduct the mandatory sustainability assurance audit for the 2024 fiscal year, in accordance with the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards (TSRS) published by the Public Oversight Authority (KGK). The appointment relates to the assurance of disclosures to be prepared in compliance with the TSRS, and the matter shall be submitted for the approval of the shareholders at the 2024 Annual General Assembly Meeting of the Company.
