At the General Assembly Meeting of our Company held on 29 May 2025, it was resolved to appoint Yeditepe Bağımsız Denetim ve YMM A.Ş. as the audit firm to carry out the mandatory sustainability assurance audit of the reports to be prepared in accordance with the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards (TSRS), as published by the Public Oversight Authority (KGK), for the 2024 fiscal year.
