N14, Floor:4, 34398 Sarıyer, İstanbul and registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry under the trade registration number 254683, as the independent audit firm for the audit of our Company`s financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year in accordance with the principles set forth in the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, the Capital Markets Law No. 6362, and the relevant regulations, and to carry out other related activities within the scope of the aforementioned legislation.
