Şirketimizin Esas Sözleşmesi`nin |||Payların Devri ve Birleşme||| başlıklı 6. maddesine ilişkin tadil 25 Nisan 2024 Perşembe günü yapılan Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı ile kabul edilmiş olup, söz konusu esas sözleşme değişikliği, İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından bugün (23.05.2024) tescil edilmiş ve 23.05.2024 tarih ve 11088 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesi`nde ilan edilmiştir. Pay sahiplerimizin ve kamuoyunun bilgisine sunarız. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

The amendment regarding the article 6th of our Company`s Articles of Association titled |||Share Transfer and Merger||| was accepted at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on Thursday, April 25, 2024, and the stated amendment to the articles of association was registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office today (23.05.2024). It was announced in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 23.05.2024 and no 11088. We present it to the information of our shareholders and the public. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes.
