Our application to the Capital Markets Board on 19.03.2025 to amend Article 3 of our Company`s Articles of Association titled Subject and Purpose has been approved and the amendment text, which was approved by the Capital Markets Board, is attached.
The said Articles of Association amendment will be submitted to the approval of the shareholders at the first General Assembly meeting to be held after the necessary permissions are obtained from the Ministry of Trade.
