Following the approval received from the Capital Markets Board for the amendment of Article 3 of our Company`s Articles of Association titled Subject and Purpose, an application was made to the Ministry of Trade, and as of today, the approval letter from the Ministry of Trade has reached our Company.
The said amendment to the Articles of Association will be presented to the approval of the shareholders at the first General Assembly meeting to be held.
