In accordance with the 10th Article of the Corporate Governance Communique of the Capital Market Board numbered II-17.1; the conclusion part of the Board of Directors` Report Regarding the Prevalent and Continuous Transactions of the Related Party that were realized in 2025 by and between the Aksa Akrilik Kimya Sanayii Anonim Şirketi (|||Aksa|||) and Ak-Pa Tekstil İhracat Pazarlama Anonim Şirketi (|||Ak-Pa|||) has been presented to the information of our Shareholders.
In this report, which was prepared in consequence of the envisagement, which the rate of the prevalent and continuous transactions with the Ak-Pa Tekstil İhracat Pazarlama A.Ş. that our Company made as export registered sales, would reach to a rate, which is more than 10% of the revenue included in the annual financial statements, pursuant to the 10th Article of the Corporate Governance Communique of the Capital Market Board numbered II-17.1; information was presented about the transactions, since amounts of the invoices amount that were issued by Aksa to Ak-Pa and the amounts that were issued to the third parties, who had purchased this product were the same, these transactions were the transactions that had been made with the unrelated parties inherently and situation of these transactions against the market conditions.
