Kurumsal Yönetim İlkelerine Uyum Derecelendirmesi

Türkiye`de Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK) Kurumsal Yönetim İlkeleri`ne uygun olarak derecelendirme yapmak üzere faaliyet izni bulunan derecelendirme kuruluşu SAHA Kurumsal Yönetim ve Kredi Derecelendirme Hizmetleri A.Ş. tarafından yapılan |||Kurumsal Yönetim Derecelendirmesi Dönem Revizyonu Raporu||| çalışması neticesinde, Şirketimizin Kurumsal Yönetim Derecelendirme notu, 11.07.2025 tarihi itibariyle 9,62 olarak güncellenmiştir. 

Kurumsal Yönetim Derecelendirme Notu, SPK`nın konuya ilişkin ilke kararı çerçevesinde ağırlıklandırılmış dört ana başlık altında yapılan değerlendirme sonucu belirlenmiş olup, alt başlıklar halinde notlar 100 üzerinden sırasıyla Pay Sahipleri 95,28, Kamuyu Aydınlatma ve Şeffaflık 98,44, Menfaat Sahipleri 99,51 ve Yönetim Kurulu 93,83 olarak belirlenmiştir.

Bu Özel Durum Açıklaması Türkçe ve İngilizce hazırlanmış olup iki metin arasında herhangi bir çelişki olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

As a result of the Corporate Governance Rating Revision Report prepared by SAHA Corporate Governance and Credit Rating Services Inc. (SAHA) who has the authorization granted by the Capital Markets Board (CMB) to carry out corporate rating activities in Turkey in accordance with the Corporate Governance Principles, our company`s Corporate Governance Rating is revised up to 9,62 as of July 11, 2025. 

Corporate Governance Rating is determined by calculating the weighted average of four main categories as defined by the relevant resolution of the CMB and the breakdown (out of 100) of our company`s Corporate Governance Rating by sub-categories is as follows; Shareholders 95,28, Public Disclosure and Transparency 98,44, Stakeholders 99,51, Board of Directors 93,83. 

This statement has been prepared both in English and Turkish. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
