Özel Durum Açıklaması (Genel)

Şirketimizin 21.02.2025 tarihli Yönetim Kurulu toplantısında;

06.02.2023 tarihinde yaşanan ve pek çok ilimizi etkileyen deprem felaketi nedeniyle tahribata uğrayan bölgedeki Hatay ilimizde, eğitim altyapısının yeniden tesisine katkıda bulunmak amacıyla başlatılan okul yapım çalışmalarında 32 derslikli yeni okul projemiz son hızla devam etmektedir.

GSD Grubu`nun katkılarıyla GSD Eğitim Vakfı tarafından inşa süreci devam eden okul için GSD Holding A.Ş. olarak Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu`nun 09.02.2023 tarih ve 8/174 sayılı kararı doğrultusunda 2025 yılında da bağışta bulunulmasına devam edilmesine, Şirketimizin 2025 yılında yapacağı toplam bağış üst sınırının 80.000.000 TL olarak belirlenmesine ve yapılacak ilk Genel Kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.

Pursuant to the Board Resolution dated 21.02.2025;

The school construction project with 32 classroom capacity was initiated in order to contribute to the re-establishment of the educational infrastructure in our Hatay province which was devastated by the earthquake disaster that occurred on 06.02.2023 and affected many of our provinces, continues at full speed.

It is decided that GSD Holding A.Ş. will continue to donate in 2025, in accordance with the decision of the Capital Markets Board, numbered 8/174 and dated 09.02.2023,  for the construction of the school which is ongoing by GSD Education Foundation with the contributions of GSD Group and the total donation upper limit in 2025 will be determined as 80,000,000 TL and be submitted to the approval of the shareholders at the first General Assembly Meeting to be held.
