Our company, through Ral Prestij Gayrimenkul Geliştirme A.Ş. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of RAL YAPI MÜHENDİSLİK A.Ş., which is itself a 100% owned affiliate), has participated in the invitation for the first and final negotiation round held on April 21, 2025 (today) for the privatization tender of the following real estate properties located in Çayyolu-1 Neighborhood, Çankaya District, Ankara:
Parcel No. 2 (18,818.72 m²) of Lot No. 29631, Ada 1
Parcel No. 3 (8,796.07 m²) of Lot No. 29631, Ada 2
(Total area: 27,614.85 m², sold as a whole)
The tender was conducted by the Privatization Administration Presidency, Tender and Consultancy Services Department of the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Treasury and Finance, as part of the privatization program.
A bid of 3.1 Billion TL was submitted, and the tender has been awarded to us.
