As previously disclosed to the public in our material disclosure dated June 14, 2024, all procedures and construction works related to Phase 2 of the Taşpınar Hybrid SPP investment have been completed. The final phase of the solar power plant capacity, added as an auxiliary source to our windfarm, was successfully operational on 1 May 2025 following the completion of the Ministry`s Acceptance. The newly installed photovoltaic modules, approved through this acceptance, have been integrated into the previously commissioned Phase 1 investment. As a result, the total installed capacity of our Taşpınar WPP and SPP has reached 115.0525 MWm / 73 MWe.
The total Hybrid SPP investment is expected to increase the average annual generation of the Taşpınar WPP by approximately 20% and contribute an additional estimated 20,000 tons of CO² reduction in carbon emissions. Following this commissioning, the Company`s total installed capacity has increased from 297.2 MW to 316.9 MW.
