The General Assmebly decision dated 24.04.2025 regarding the selection of PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. (|||PwC|||) to audit the Company`s 2025 financial reports and to conduct mandatory assurance audits for the Company`s sustainability reports, which are to be prepared in compliance with the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards, as per the Assurance Standards issued by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority (|||POAA|||) provided that PwC is authorized by the POAA to perform independent audit activities in the field of sustainability was registered on 06.05.2025.
