Our Company`s financial reports for the period January 1 - March 31, 2025, disclosed to the public on 30.04.2025, prepared in accordance with the formats required by the Capital Markets Board`s (CMB) Communiqué on the Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets (II-14.1) and in accordance with Turkish Accounting Standards (TAS/TFRS), have been subject to inflation accounting within the framework of the provisions of |||Turkish Accounting Standard 29 Financial Reporting in Hyperinflationary Economies||| (TAS 29). The financial information included in this financial report is not comparable to the financial information included in the financial reports and investor presentations published in previous years, not subject to inflation adjustment.
In this context, it has been unanimously resolved by the Board of Directors of our Company, in accordance with the CMB regulations, that in order to enable investors and analysts to make a healthy analysis of our financial reports, in the investor presentations disclosed to the public through our Company`s corporate website (www.inveo.com.tr), in addition to the non-independently audited financial information with inflation accounting applied, selected indicative non-independently audited financial information will also be presented unadjusted for inflation accounting and disclosed to the public with the information text.
