As previously announced in our Company`s Public Disclosure dated 13.02.2025 and 07.02.2025, Board of Directors of our 30% subsidiary RWE & Turcas Güney Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. (|||RTG|||) after evaluating the company`s future business plans had decided to reduce the Company`s total share capital by TRY 400,000,000 from TRY 1,162,620,765 to TRY 762,620,765 and the mentioned capital decrease transaction had been approved by the shareholders at RTG`s Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting held on 13.02.2025.
All the legal procedures regarding the relevant capital decrease transaction has been completed and 120,000,000 TL, which is the portion of our Company in the related capital decrease (30% of the share capital decrease amount), has entered our accounts on 15 May 2025. Following the transaction, there is no change in the 30% shareholding ratio of Turcas Petrol A.Ş. at RTG.
