In relation to our material event disclosure dated December 19, 2023, within the scope of the investigation initiated to determine whether certain companies operating in the construction chemicals sector, including our subsidiary Polisan Yapıkim Yapı Kimyasalları A.Ş., had infringed Article 4 of the Law No. 4054 on the Protection of Competition (the |||Law|||), it has been notified to our Company that, at its meeting dated May 22, 2025, the Competition Board resolved that, since no finding was reached indicating that Polisan Yapıkim Yapı Kimyasalları Sanayi A.Ş. had infringed the relevant Law, there was no ground to impose an administrative fine on the Company.
