As stated in our latest public disclosure dated 22.05.2025, our subsidiary Celebi Nas Airport Services India Private Limited (|||Celebi Nas|||), in which our Company holds 59% of the share capital, filed two separate arbitration applications before the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Mumbai, on 21.05.2025 against Mumbai International Airport Limited (|||MIAL|||) concerning our operations in Mumbai.
In the hearing held yesterday, the High Court of Bombay ruled in favour of our subsidiary and issued interim injunctions as follows:
(i) Suspension of the finalization of the tenders launched by MIAL on 17.05.2025 at Mumbai International Airport for the selection of a new ground handling agency, until 12.06.2025, within the scope of interim relief;
(ii) Granting our subsidiary access to Mumbai International Airport in order to conduct an inventory review of the assets belonging to our operations at the said airport;
(iii) Ordering Indo Thai Management Services Private Limited, to which the operations in question have been transferred by MIAL through an administrative decision, to share all relevant financial and operational reports regarding these transferred operations with our subsidiary.
Should any further material developments occur that may affect the shares of our partnership, our shareholders will be informed accordingly.
