Özel Durum Açıklaması (Genel)

Şirket Genel Kurulu`nun 25.11.2024 tarihli yetkilendirmesi ve Yönetim Kurulu`nun 28.02.2025 tarihli kararı ile bağlı ortaklığımız Razi Petrochemical Co.`nun sahip olduğumuz paylarının tamamının (%48,88) ihale ile satışı için karar alınmış ve kamuya duyurulmuştu. İlgili duyuruda ihale sürecinin iki aşamalı kapalı usulde teklif ve takiben açık artırma şeklinde ilerleyeceği belirtilmiştir.

Kamuya ilan edildiği şekilde ihale sürecine ilişkin iki aşamalı planlanan kapalı usulde teklif verme süreci tamamlanmış ve sonuçlar Yönetim Kurulunca değerlendirilmiştir. Yönetim Kurulunun 02.06.2025 tarihli kararı doğrultusunda teklif veren istekliler ile ihalenin açık artırma sürecine geçilmesine karar verildiğini kamuoyunun bilgilerine sunarız.

With the authorization of the Company`s General Assembly dated 25.11.2024 and the decision of the Board of Directors dated 28.02.2025, it was resolved and publicly disclosed that all of our shares (48.88%) in our subsidiary, Razi Petrochemical Co., would be sold through a tender process. The related announcement specified that the tender would be conducted in two stages: a closed bidding phase followed by an auction.

As announced to the public, the closed bidding phase of the two-stage tender process has been completed, and the results have been evaluated by the Board of Directors. In accordance with the Board of Directors` resolution dated 02.06.2025, it has been decided to proceed to the auction phase with the bidders who submitted proposals.
