In light of recent negative developments in our region and in response to inquiries from our investors, we find it necessary to provide the following update:
Our subsidiary operating in Iran, Razi Petrochemical Co. (Razi), has not sustained any damage to its facilities as a result of Israel`s recent attacks targeting Iran. The relevant facilities continue their operations within the scope of permissions granted by local authorities and within the defined security parameters.
Due to the fact that Iran, the country in which Razi operates, is subject to sanctions, no procurement of finished products, semi-finished goods, or raw materials is carried out from this country. Accordingly, recent regional developments have had no adverse impact on our supply chain, nor is any such risk currently foreseen.
Furthermore, the tender process regarding the sale of our entire 48.88% stake in Razi is proceeding as planned and has not been affected by recent developments in the region.
Any significant developments on this matter will be promptly disclosed to the public.
