An occupational accident occurred on June 21, 2025, at the production facility of our subsidiary, Pomega Enerji Depolama Teknolojileri A.Ş., located in the Polatlı Organized Industrial Zone. As a result of this unfortunate incident, we have lost two of our valued employees. We are deeply saddened by this tragic loss and mourn together as a team.
The health condition of our other employees affected by the accident is good, and all have been discharged from the hospital. We are providing them with all necessary support and closely monitoring the entire process.
Employee health and occupational safety are among the most fundamental priorities of our group. This heartbreaking incident has deeply affected us all, and both judicial and administrative procedures are being conducted thoroughly in full cooperation with the relevant official authorities.
Following comprehensive safety inspections, our production activities have resumed in a safe manner with all necessary precautions in place. Our supply and production processes continue as planned, and all our employees are diligently fulfilling their duties to ensure that our operations proceed without disruption.
