Our Company has started negotiations with the Georgian Government to increase the capacity of Tbilisi International Airport to 10 million passengers per year and to extend the operating concession, which currently expires in January 2027.
In this context, our Company has proposed to the Georgian Government an investment of approximately 150 million USD in the passenger terminal, apron and car park in return for an extension of the concession expiry date to at least 2031.
The final conditions regarding the investment amount and the concession period will be determined according to the results of the negotiations to be carried out between the parties.
