Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu 9 Temmuz 2025 (bugün) tarihinde;

Şirketimizin Denetim Komitesi`nin kararı doğrultusunda, Kamu Gözetimi Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu tarafından yayımlanan Türkiye Sürdürülebilirlik Raporlama Standartları (|||TSRS|||) kapsamında, Şirketimizin 2024 yılına ilişkin sürdürülebilirlik raporlarının güvence denetimini yapmak ve ilgili düzenlemeler çerçevesinde diğer faaliyetlerin yürütülmesi amacıyla KPMG Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş.`nin (|||KPMG|||) sürdürülebilirlik denetçisi olarak görevlendirilmesine, bu görevlendirmenin ve 2024 yılı faaliyet dönemine ilişkin sürdürülebilirlik raporunun yapılacak ilk olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında ortakların onayına sunulmasına,

karar vermiştir.

In line with the decision of the Audit Committee of our Company, to appoint KPMG Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. (|||KPMG|||) as the sustainability auditor in order to conduct the assurance audit of our Company`s sustainability reports for the year 2024 and to carry out other activities within the framework of the relevant regulations within the scope of the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards (|||TSRS|||) published by the Public Oversight Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority, to submit this appointment and the sustainability report for the 2024 activity period to the approval of the shareholders at the first ordinary General Assembly meeting to be held.
