Our Company`s Board of Directors has decided to establish an Investor Relations Department within our Company, in accordance with Article 11 of the Capital Markets Board`s Corporate Governance Communiqué No. II-17.1. Ms. Gözde Çivici, who holds the licenses stipulated in the Capital Markets Board`s Corporate Governance Communiqué No. II-17.1, will be appointed as the Investor Relations Director, reporting to the CEO of Kalyon Holding, effective July 21, 2025.
