Our Company`s share in total revenue in İzmir Konak 2nd Stage Revenue Sharing Model in Return for Land Sale Project (Allsancak)has been increased from TRY 996.659.486,76 TL to TRY 1.975.471.041,72 with the additional protocol to the contract signed with the contractor. Hence, 20% of the company share in total revenue belongs to Emlak Konut.
In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
