Our affiliated company Alesta Elektronik Teknoloji Yatırım A.Ş. acquired a 2.5% stake in Sensgreen Ltd. on December 15, 2022, with a company valuation of USD 2,500,000 and subsequently increased its stake to 3.75% on May 6, 2024, through a convertible financing (SAFE) agreement at the same valuation. Sensgreen Ltd. has now raised a new investment of USD 165,000 under a SAFE round with a maximum (cap) valuation of USD 4,125,000 from various international investors.
This investment will be utilized to accelerate Sensgreen`s sales and marketing activities, leveraging its strategic network in Europe, and to strengthen its cash flow ahead of the upcoming Series A funding round.
Operating in the Internet of Things (IoT) sector, Sensgreen develops solutions that enhance energy efficiency in buildings, monitor carbon emissions, and improve user comfort through low-power wireless sensors and an AI-powered data analytics platform.
