On June 5, 2025, our Company signed a service agreement with Silver Links Limited (|||Silver Links|||), an international telecommunications operator based in the United Arab Emirates and part of the Axian Telecom group. The agreement covers the transformation and management of international voice networks.
The contract has a term of 3 years, with an automatic renewal option for an additional year at the end of the initial term. The total contract value for the three-year period is USD 381,600 (equivalent to TRY 14,904,342 based on the CBRT foreign exchange buying rate on the signing date).
Under the scope of the agreement, our Company will provide network management services for Silver Links` international voice traffic through our cloud-based software solution, Odine Nebula.
In this context, the solution is expected to contribute to more efficient and sustainable management of operational processes, leveraging Odine Nebula`s flexible architecture and advanced automation capabilities.
This collaboration is anticipated to support the development of our international operations and contribute to sustainable growth through recurring revenue models, in alignment with our Company`s strategy to expand its global customer portfolio.
