We hereby announce that an addendum was signed on 02.07.2025 between our Company and Wavecrest Networks Limited (|||Wavecrest|||), an international telecom operator based in the United Kingdom, regarding the extension of the service agreement originally executed on 10.08.2022. This agreement covers the transformation and management of Wavecrest`s international voice networks.
The renewed agreement covers a period of three (3) years and includes an additional automatic renewal option for one (1) year. The total contract value for the initial three-year term is 742,380 US Dollars (equivalent to 29,526,902 Turkish Liras based on the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye`s exchange rate on the date of signing).
Under the scope of the agreement, Odine provides network management services for Wavecrest`s international voice traffic through its proprietary software solution, Odine Nebula, which operates on a cloud-based infrastructure. Through this solution, Odine contributes to enhancing automation and operational efficiency levels within Wavecrest`s voice operations.
This contract extension supports the development of our international operations by reinforcing our recurring revenue model in line with our strategy to maintain and expand our
global customer portfolio.
