Şirketimiz Denetimden Sorumlu Komitenin önerisi ve Yönetim Kurulu kararı ile;

6102 Sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu`nun 399.maddesi, 6362 Sayılı Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuat uyarınca Şirketimizin 2025 yılı hesap dönemindeki finansal raporlarının denetlenmesi ile bu kanunlardaki ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamında diğer faaliyetleri yürütmek üzere ||| Tenet Bağımsız Denetim Anonim Şirketi||| nin,

Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu (KGK) tarafından belirlenmiş Türkiye Sürdürülebilirlik Raporlama Standartları (TSRS)`na uygun olarak hazırlanacak 2024 ve 2025 yılı hesap dönemi raporların sürdürülebilirlik güvence denetimi dahil ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamındaki diğer faaliyetleri yürütmek üzere |||Yeditepe Bağımsız Denetim ve Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi|||nin

seçilmesine ve Genel Kurul`un onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.

Based on the recommendation of our Audit Committee and the resolution of our Board of Directors;

In accordance with Article 399 of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, the Capital Markets Law No. 6362, and relevant legislation, it has been resolved to appoint Tenet Independent Audit Joint Stock Company to audit our Company`s financial statements for the fiscal year 2025 and to carry out other related activities within the scope of the applicable regulations,

Furthermore, in accordance with the Türkiye Sustainability Reporting Standards (TSRS) issued by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority (KGK), it has been resolved to appoint Yeditepe Independent Audit and Certified Public Accounting Joint Stock Company to conduct the assurance audit of the sustainability reports to be prepared for the 2024 and 2025 fiscal years and to perform other related activities within the scope of the relevant regulations,

It has been decided to submit the appointment of these firms for the approval of the General Assembly.
