According to the fourth article of the Regulation on the Establishment and Working Principles of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies, within ten working days following the receipt of the necessary information and documents to the Insurance and Private Pensions Regulation and Supervision Agency, if no negative opinion is reported, he will start working with the first degree signature authority.
