A protocol has been signed between the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change of the Republic of Turkey, our Company, and Trabzon Sportif Yatırım ve Futbol İşletmeciliği Ticaret A.Ş. to collaboratively develop a joint project in the area of the |||Trabzonspor Kartal Facilities,||| located within the Aşağı quarter, Kartal District, Istanbul.
In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
