At the Board of Directors meeting of our Company held on June 20, 2025;
It was resolved that a lease agreement be executed with Türkiye Halk Bankası A.Ş. for 244 independent sections located in Block A of the Halk Office Towers at the Istanbul Financial Center, starting from June 12, 2025, for a duration of 5 years, with a total monthly rent of TRY 103,788,808 + VAT.
Additionally, based on the previous lease agreement, a rent-free period of 2 months and 12 days shall be granted to Türkiye Halk Bankası A.Ş., calculated on the basis of the rent amount received in advance at the time of signing the previous agreement.
