Our Company`s subsidiary, Taze Kuru Net Gıda Pazarlama A.Ş., was acquired by our Company upon registration with the Trade Registry on June 30, 2025, and Taze Kuru was dissolved. In the workplace accident lawsuit filed against Taze Kuru on July 14, 2018, the Kızılcahamam Civil Court of First Instance, by its decision dated July 18, 2025, and numbered 2021/331, ruled that 980.58 TL in disability benefits, 639,898.72 TL in permanent disability benefits, and 100,000 TL in moral compensation benefits, together with legal interest accruing as of July 14, 2018, be collected from our Company and paid to the plaintiff.
