Our company`s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Mr. Hasan Sevinç has stepped down from his position, and as of August 1, 2025, Mr. Erdinç Gök has been appointed as the Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO).
Mr. Erdinç Gök, born in 1983, graduated with a bachelor`s degree from the Department of Business Administration at Boğaziçi University in 2007, a Master`s in Finance from Koç University in 2014, and an MBA from the University of the West of Scotland in London in 2023. He is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Mr. Gök began his career at Allianz Sigorta in 2006 and later worked at Ernst & Young and PwC in corporate finance and company valuation. Between 2012 and 2023, he held managerial and director positions in areas such as budgeting, reporting, corporate finance, project finance, cash, and risk management at Kazancı Holding and Turgut Aydın Holding.
Since 2023, Mr. Gök has been serving as CFO at Intera Investments Limited, a London-based investment firm. In this role, he has been responsible for the financial management of a multinational investment office, actively contributing to budgeting and reporting, liquidity management, financial strategy development, and tax and legal structuring.
