BESIKTAS FUTBOL YAT.`s issued capital was increased by TL 4,800,000,000 (400 %) with the rights issue, from TL 1,200,000,000 to TL 6,000,000,000 and it was announced that the unsold shares with the nominal value of TL 1,635,430,798 were cancelled. In accordance with the article 5.2.b.i of the BIST Market Cap Weighted Stock Indices Ground Rules, in calculation of BIST Stock Indices, the number of shares and the free float ratio of BESIKTAS FUTBOL YAT. will be taken as 4,364,569,202 and 30% respectively to be effective from May 16, 2025.
