b) Within the framework of the information they have in the field of duty and responsibility in the company, the consolidated financial reports and annual report prepared in accordance with the Communiqué do not contain any misstatements, or any deficiencies that may result in misleading as of the date of disclosure,

c) Within the framework of the information they have in the field of duty and responsibility in the company, we declare that the consolidated financial statements and activity report honestly reflect the truth about company`s assets, liabilities, financial situation and profit and loss, and the financial situation of the company, together with the significant risks and uncertainties faced.

SORUMLULUK BEYANI 

a) 01.01.2025 - 30.06.2025 dönemine ilişkin  konsolide finansal tabloların ve faaliyet raporunun tarafımızca incelendiğini,

b) İşletmedeki görev sorumluluk alanında sahip oldukları bilgiler çerçevesinde, tebliğ uyarınca hazırlanmış konsolide finansal tablo ve faaliyet raporunun önemli konularda gerçeğe aykırı bir açıklama veya açıklamanın yapıldığı tarih itibarıyla yanıltıcı olması sonucunu doğurabilecek herhangi bir eksiklik içermediğini,

c) İşletmedeki görev ve sorumluluk alanında sahip oldukları bilgiler çercevesinde, konsolide finansal tablo ve faaliyet raporunun işletmenin aktifleri, pasifleri, finansal durumu ve kâr ve zararı ile ilgili gerçeği dürüst bir biçimde yansıttığı ve faaliyet raporunun işin gelişimi ile performansını ve işletmenin finansal durumunu, karşı karşıya olunan önemli riskler ve belirsizliklerle birlikte, dürüstçe yansıttığını beyan ederiz.
